64 year-old actor-turned-politician (turned actor again!) Arnold Schwarzenegger will further bolster his return to the action flick genre with a starring role in “Ten”.
Written by Skip Woods and to-be-directed by David Ayer, “Ten” follows an elite DEA task force as they make off with millions from a drug cartel safe house. The DEA agents pay for their tom-foolery as they are subsequently targeted for elimination.
“Ten” is Arnold’s fourth project in recent months. He is currently in production on the prison drama “The Tomb,” and later this year will appear in the action-sequel “The Expendables 2.” In early 2013, he will surface in another drug cartel story, “The Last Stand.”
Schwarzenegger was governor of California from 2003 to 2011. He is repped by CAA and Bloom Hergott.
