The Fox Network announced today that it was ordering 13-episodes of Seth Macfarlane’s newest animated work “Bordertown”.
Set in a fictitious town near the U.S./Mexico border, “Bordertown” follows the day-to-day lives of neighbors Bud Buckwald, a Border Patrol agent, and Ernesto Gonzales, a proud Mexican immigrant. Bud and Ernesto’s families are sure to mesh in a deliciously offensive roasting of Mexican and Southern stereotypes.
Macfarlane will executive produce with Mark Hentemann, who also produces on “Family Guy”. Alex Carter (Family Guy) and Dan Vebber (American Dad!) will co-executive produce.
